| Job Description | Qualifications: Technical Diploma or Graduate CCNA/CCNP Certified in Routing and Switching Knowledge in ITIL Processes 6+ years of experience in managing enterprise Network infrastructure· Experience in Managing team members Skills & Competences Strong knowledge in Routing, switching, MPLS, firewall and load-balancing technology Experience in CISCO ASR router, ISR router, Nexus 5K & 3K switches, 2960 catalyst switches, SF300 switcheS Exposure in configuration and troubleshooting OSFP & BGP protocols. Experience in Cisco ASA, Palo-alto, Sonicwall and Fortigate firewalls. Experience in Cisco firepower & Cisco Threat Grid Good Knowledge in F5 loadbalancer and WAF devices. Should have working knowledge of TACACS, Netflow, Syslog, SNMP, NTP & NAC. Extensive knowledge on handling Data center environment. Exposure in configuring and troubleshooting IPSEC VPN. Good analytic skill on Wireshark packet capture. o Knowledge and use of Network Management & monitoring Tools - ZOHO - OpManager, Net-flow Analyzer, o Event Log Analyzer, Network Configuration Manager and Firewall Analyzer o Good production network troubleshooting experience o Very good understanding of DNS/DHCP/IPAM/NTP Technologies o Ability to work with 3rd party vendors, OEMs and Product suppliers Key responsibilities Operational tasks and Responsibilities Network and security Incident categorization and analysis Troubleshoot major incidents and manage all the change requests Manage the LAN and WAN infrastructure Ensure Network reliability and availability as per the agreed SLAs Provide the required metrics and reporting Manage the incidents, problems and changes Manage the Network inventory Manage the Network performance Ensure the documentation, Runbook, OPD, SOPs for all the Network related operations is in place Network and security Log and Traffic Analysis Vendor and service provider Coordination Validation of L1 & L2 activities Follow the customer approval process for any network and security activities |
